KOTA BELUD: PBRS Vice-President and Kadamaian divisional chairman, Ukoh Jeremy Majalad resigned from all his post in the party today.

Together with Jeremy, who is the former Kedamaian assemblyman, to quit PBRS are 31 senior leaders in the division including from the Youth and Women movement.
In a short statement, Jeremy said: “I support the decision taken by Datuk Dr. Johnson Tee and the wisdom behind his decision to resign as PBRS Secretary-General and to leave PBRS.
“I believe that under the current political situation in which the people have spoken through the ballot box that they want change,

“We therefore call upon our former comrades who still in PBRS to come out and join us in supporting the current government. I wish to also thank the PBRS leadership the valuable experiences I have had while with the party and wish to extend my sincere apology for any shortcoming during my tenure as Vice-president of PBRS”, he said.
It is understood that several more PBRS leaders both at divisional and state level who are contemplating on leaving PBRS join the other PBRS leaders lead by Datuk Dr. Johnson Tee who have earlier left PBRS.
